Brad is a highly experienced Associate Director based at our Harrogate office. With over 21 years of experience, Brad has established himself as a leading expert in Brownfield development, having worked with a diverse range of clients and developments throughout his career.

Before joining our team, Brad held positions as a Technical Director and Operations Director, where he successfully delivered projects for various clients, including Local Authorities, National Grid Property Holdings, Defence Infrastructure Organisation (formerly Defence Estates), Regional Development Agencies, house builders and international development companies.

Brad’s technical expertise is extensive and includes contaminated land assessment, site investigation design and implementation, and the supervision and project management of remediation projects. He has an excellent working knowledge of the regulatory regime associated with contaminated land assessment and remediation, having previously worked as a Remediation Officer at Leeds City Council. Brad’s deep understanding of relevant environmental legislation, guidance, and best practice enables him to provide our clients with the highest quality of service.
