CGL has won the G4C Constructing Excellence Award for Commitment to Training and Development for three consecutive years!
The ceremony took place on Friday 3rd March in Sheffield and was organised by Constructing Excellence Yorkshire and Humber Group.
G4C, the Generation 4 Change, is passionate about focusing on young people and showcasing their talent within the construction industry. These awards celebrate the achievements of young talent and the organisations that support it to shape the future leaders of the industry.
Continuous recognition of CGL’s commitment to people development is significant validation of the company’s innovative Career Path and sector-unique initiatives. It demonstrates how CGL is seen as an outstanding example of excellence leading best employment practices within the industry.
“It is hugely rewarding for the company, and the Harrogate office in particular, to be recognised by our peers in this way – for the third time in a row! This year we had tough competition for the award from Mott MacDonald, Keepmoat and Interserve. It demonstrates the initiatives that CGL has put into place not only support our growth but also provide career and personal development opportunities for all.”
