This week CIRIA releases the long awaited update of CIRIA C654 Tower Crane Stability Guidance.  Much has changed since the first publication of guidance on tower crane stability in 2006, including implementation of Eurocodes and withdrawal of certain relevant British Standards.  New design standards have been introduced not envisaged by the 2006 guidance.

CGL have been very pleased to support such an important document for the challenges of temporary work through contributions by CGL’s Director, Mark Creighton to the relevant CIRIA steering committee. Like many in the industry we will look forward to developing our work for clients through the close understanding of this new guidance we have developed during this process.
