Mark is an Associate Director and Chartered Engineer based at CGL’s Bristol office. With over 20 years’ experience in the UK and abroad, specialising in the assessment and mitigation of land contamination issues and material management.
With a background working within multidisciplinary consultancies and contractors Mark has a wide-ranging knowledge of implementing site investigations and contaminated land assessments, gained across a variety of sectors including education, health, gas and petroleum, infrastructure and military, along with numerous commercial and residential developments.
Mark has a track record in engaging with regulators to resolve contamination and planning issues. With an appreciation of the geotechnical aspects, Mark is able to deliver an integrated approach to land development.
As a registered Qualified Person under the Cl:aire Definition of Waste Code of Practice, Mark has extensive experience of implementing construction material management plans and minimising construction waste.
