Mio is our HR Business Partner and is based in our Godalming office. She is responsible for overseeing the whole employee lifecycle for all of our offices whilst supporting CGL’s strategic objectives.

She is an experienced HR generalist with over 25 years working for international companies, primarily in upstream oil and gas. She has extensive experience supporting dispersed operational teams and has run major HR initiatives both as a consultant and in-house. She brings to CGL solid knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, change management, implementing HR IT systems and proactive policy and procedures.
