CGL has been included in the Top 100 civil engineering companies of the year listing by New Civil Engineer magazine (NCE). Furthermore, NCE has shortlisted CGL for two awards: Future Engineer Talent Champion and Engineering Equality Diversity Champion.

CGL remains proud of its contributions to developing talent and championing equality and diversity through its Career Pathways schemes, Strengthscope personal development programmes and the 2016 Female Face of Civil Engineering initiative.

Ian Marychurch, Managing Director commented “We are delighted that CGL is shortlisted for these two awards, as they reflect how we aim to invest our resources in developing our people as much as we can. Being recognised by NCE as one of the Top 100 companies in civil engineering is also a testament to the commitment of our staff to provide solutions for ground engineering challenges and being willing to pursue innovative options that can reduce risks, costs or timescales on projects”

CGL’s final ranking in the Top 100, along with all the award winners, will be announced at the NCE100 Awards gala dinner in London on Thursday 22 June.
