CGL surveys its clients each year to understand their perceptions so the company can learn and improve the quality of its services. Measuring client feedback is also, of course, an important part of CGL’s ISO 9001-certified quality management system.
This year has seen outstanding results. All responders rated CGL as Good or Excellent across the board and would recommend the company to others. The majority of clients rated CGL as Excellent on understanding client needs and Technical competency. Furthermore, over 92% of responders consider CGL as offering good value for money.

CGL Chairman, Nick Langdon said, “This year’s feedback is terrific and we are very grateful to everyone who gave us their opinions. All feedback is valuable to us and we invite our clients to review projects with their Project Manager or Director at CGL, or with myself if there is an opportunity for us to learn and improve what we do.”
Everyone who responded to the client survey was entered into a draw to win a bottle of champagne. The winner was Paul Walters at CRE8 structures. CGL is currently working with CRE8 on projects for Quintain including South West Lands and W06, both in the shadow of Wembley stadium.
