Fantastic to see the progress on site at Welbeck Street, just north of Oxford Street and Bond Street Station London. CGL’s involvement at Wellbeck Street includes full scope SI, Geotech, Geo-Structural and Temporary Works Design from a cross-office collaboration.
Since photos were taken in July 2020 where the first level of temporary props was installed, the excavation has now progressed to basement formation level, a massive four storeys and 20m in depth below pavement level – the deepest basement under construction in London in 2020. We look forward to seeing the works progress upwards now!
